We want your kids to love coming to church

In each of the GBC Kids areas your child will find engaging, age-appropriate activities grounded in the truth of the gospel. Not only do we want kids to see Jesus, we want to equip and encourage parents as the primary disciple-makers of the home.

Sunday & Monday

Where your child will be

Nursery

Three separate rooms serving infants through three-year-olds, so each stage is met where it is.

Kids Jr.

Preschool through 1st grade, in two rooms. Large-group worship at 9:00 and small groups at 10:30 help young learners picture the Bible's stories and understand their need for Jesus.

Kids 2 to 5

2nd through 5th grade. Scripture is used to show them Jesus and to teach obedience, with spiritual disciplines, reflection, serving and opportunities to share their faith with friends.

Small-Group Worship

Grade-specific classes during the 10:30 service that apply the large-group lesson — prayer, navigating the Bible, memorisation, service projects and missions.

Sensory and Special Needs Classroom

A quiet, engaging space with a low child-to-teacher ratio, trained volunteers and adapted lessons. Open Sundays at 9:00 and on Monday evenings.

Monday Nights

Discipleship-focused evenings for ages 3 through 6th grade, September through April, 6:15–7:45 pm.

Kids' services

Sunday mornings at 9:00 and 10:30, nursery through 5th grade. The 9:00 service is large-group format and the 10:30 is small-group — the two complement each other, so children get something distinct from each, but you're welcome to attend just one.

Monday evenings run 6:15–7:45 pm, September 9 through April 28, for ages 3 through 6th grade. The Sensory and Special Needs Classroom is open during the 9:00 service and on Monday evenings.

Who looks after my child?

Every team member is background-checked and trained, and wears a blue GBC Kids name badge so you can identify them at a glance.

How does check-in work?

Check-in opens 15 minutes before each service. If it's your child's first time, there's a short form to fill in — you can complete it ahead of time by pre-registering to save queuing on a Sunday morning.

How do I collect my child?

Parents of younger children are given a security-coded claim ticket that matches their child's tag, and we only release a child to someone holding the matching ticket.

What if my child has additional needs?

Our Sensory and Special Needs Classroom offers a quiet, engaging space with a low child-to-teacher ratio, volunteers trained for the setting, and lessons adapted to your child's needs. It's open during the 9:00 service and on Monday evenings.
